Agriculture: National Farmers’ Needs Assessment for Digital Transformation

RMCL provided technical leadership for a nationwide assessment of the Krishak Smart Card (KSC) initiative, a World Bank-supported digital transformation targeting 22 million farmer families in Bangladesh. RMCL carried out one of the largest urban health facility assessments in Bangladesh under UPHCSDP-II, led by the Local Government Division of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, with support from the ULB strengthening initiative and GOPA Worldwide Consultants. The nationwide study evaluated public, private, NGO, and community health facilities across city corporations and municipalities, generating comprehensive evidence on their distribution, functionality, service readiness, and operational capacity to better understand and improve urban healthcare systems.
